Alpkarakush kyrgyzicus is an extinct genus of metriacanthosaurid theropod dinosaur that lived in Kyrgyzstan during the Middle Jurassic period. It was discovered in the Balbansai Formation. It was a relatively large predator characterized by a high skull and thin forelimbs. Alpkarakush has a maximum estimated body length of 8 meters (26 feet.) It was recovered as a basal member of the Metriacanthosaurinae.
